My laptop computer log-on to windows. I have a windows Xp and its loading until it gets to the welcome screen..there it just stays for 10-20 minutes and nothing happens. The laptops is a Toshiba Satellite A305..it doesn't show any error. It just doesn't log in. I need to finish some projects this night..could anybody save me?Alright. I've tried to convert this vid, and when it comes up on the media player, it doesn't save into the media library. Please help!I heard Facebook is getting all this new weird stuff like a timeline and other updates. When is this suppost to start?On my laptop, the task bar at the bottom (with the start menu and running programs on it) has moved from the bottom and it is now up the right hand side :/ could any body tell me how I put this back to normal?ok so i went to check out google plus + and tried to sign in using my google account so i put my real birthdate (stupid) and since im under 13 they're like "this account has been disabled and will be deleted in 29days" the good news is that i turn 13 in fourteen days. but i don't know if it'll let me sign in when i turn 13. what do i do??? i can't tell my parents otherwise they'll kill me. and to enable it i need to give a govenment issued id (which i don't have), or money. -.- PLEASEEE HELP!! Router: Netgear WGT624 v4 (about 4 years old) Modem: Motorola SB5120 (less than a year old) I have a desktop directly hooked up to the router via ethernet which always runs without a problem. On the other hand, I have my laptop which is what I mainly use (HP G60) in my room. NO IT'S NOT FAR FROM THE ROUTER AT ALL (I ALWAYS HAVE 5 bars.) I'll be using the laptop sometimes and out of nowhere it will disconnect for about 10 minutes and then reconnect (wifi) or unless I go and reset the router. The modem never stops working and since the desktop is always fine, I figure the router is doing well too. Videos on the laptop take long to load and it's very annoying. What could the problem be? Should I try and upgrade my router? I doubt it's a problem with my laptop. My scanner isn't working it was just before and now its not. However, this evening i have logged onto my computer to do some urgent university work and i can not open a single document!! a little error box appears saying: 'the operating system is not presently configured to run this application' and it gives me no other option than to click 'ok' or the red cross at the top right corner to close the tab! Please help me as i have no idea what to do. What is it that needs configuring, where can i find it and what is the easiest way to do it!? many thanks!
